V-Europe was established in Belgium to support victims of terrorism and has since expanded its mission across Europe.
Today, V-Europe provides emotional, practical and administrative support to victims, survivors and families, while working with European institutions and international partners to improve victims’ rights, recognition and long-term support.

V-Europe is mandated by the Belgian Federal Public Service of Justice for your registration and assistance.
